Discussion Facilitation

Having the discussion with family members regarding planning for the future is not easy. More than one half of adults have not discussed their health care or financial issues/concerns with their family members or loved ones.

Are you included in that one half? If so, we can help facilitate those discussions. Engagement of a non-family member or independent third party is a highly effective way to initiate the discussion process.

Medical and Financial Document Preparation

We provide assistance with the completion of certain medical and financial documents.

*We do not create documents for wills or trusts and strongly advise that you consult the services of an attorney or financial planner. Those individuals are well versed in estate and tax laws and understand the implications of the choices you may be seeking to make.*

Need help compiling and organizing your important medical and financial information?

The MBM Personal Planning Took Kit is the solution for you. This workbook is designed to capture medical and financial information that can serve as a resource to yourself, loved ones or trusted designated representatives. The workbook is self-guided, or you can request an individual personalized planning session to complete the workbook with you.

Workshops

Our in person and virtual workshop series provide an interactive experience that will facilitate discussions with family members and friends; provide tools/resources; and answer questions regarding the management of personal health care and financial decisions.

We offer planning workshops for groups and personalized planning sessions for individuals.
